Sas has been at the centre for over a year. She is a very friendly, playful and loving dog. Sas will need experienced owners as she can be strong but walks well on a harness. Children need to be over 10 years old as she can be boisterous. She must be re-homed as an only pet as she likes all the attention for herself. Sas loves to meet people and always have lots of fun when out on a walk. She makes all staff laugh with her antics, fabulous charm and loving smile. If you can help Sas please call 01246 273358. Phoebe was part of an RSPCA cruelty investigation. She is a friendly dog but can be very timid and nervous. Phoebe will be best suited to a steady, experienced home where he can be given time to settle and grow in confidence. She will also need work with lead exercise because he has never been walked on a collar and lead. It is important that Phoebe is re-homed with another dog to help her settle in a new home, she also feels happier with another dog when being left.

Charlie is a very friendly dog who is always pleased to see people. She is still very active for her age and would benefit from regular exercise. Charlie can easily get over excited when she sees people or when playing with toys. She can get quite giddy and sometimes playfully jumps up. She has been used to living with young children and does mix with other dogs. Charlie is a lovely dog who is full of beans! She is great fun and will make a great companion if someone has the time and comittment she needs.

Chance is a lovely natured American Bulldog x who desperately needs a home as he is finding life very tough in kennels. He is lovely and is very friendly, though he can be timid and shy as he is wary of new people and new places at first. However, with time and encouragement he will soon settle down. He is still very young and has had little training, so he needs someone who is willing to spend time on training him and to help him socialise. He really needs an experienced owner who can help him with this and also to help him to build up his confidence. He also really needs a quiet home environment and an indoor dog crate is a must as this will help him settle down and feel safe. Chance is a very good mixer with other dogs and to be re-homed with another dog is not strictly necessary but is something which would help him. He can live with cats if introductions are slow and controlled and he will benefit from plenty of exercise. He really is a lovely dog who loves to play with his toys - and given time and patience to adjust, he will make a fantastic companion.
